March 2026

As we move out of winter and begin heading into spring, it’s a natural time to reflect on growth, renewal, and new opportunities. At the Union Labor Advisory Network, we continue to build on the momentum of the union movement by promoting the strength of organized labor and supporting the hardworking men and women who build our communities every day.

Spring represents progress, and this year the ULA Network is focused on expanding meaningful partnerships that help create pathways into the trades. Through collaborations with organizations like Level Up and Workforce Development Institute, along with strengthening Career and Technical Education pipelines, we are helping connect the next generation to union apprenticeship opportunities. At the same time, our charitable initiatives continue to make a direct impact through the ULA Network Charitable Foundation and the Vets 4 Vets Community Construction Projects.

Our mission remains clear: support, educate, and promote union labor in our communities. That means championing tradeswomen, supporting union veterans, encouraging young people to pursue careers in the building trades, and continuing important conversations around mental wellness and member benefits.

None of this work would be possible without the continued support of our sponsors and union partners. Their commitment allows the ULA Network to elevate union voices, highlight member services, and produce media that strengthens organized labor and the communities we proudly serve.

As the season changes, we look forward to building even more opportunities together.
