At the Union Labor Advisory Network (ULA), our mission is to connect, educate, and empower the union labor community by providing access to resources, career opportunities, and support services. Through ULAnetwork.com and the ULA Charitable Foundation, we highlight the value of union labor through storytelling, workforce development, veteran support, and apprenticeship promotion.

We are proud to announce our upcoming ULA Charitable Foundation – 3rd Annual Veterans Service Award Reception on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

This special evening will honor the service and sacrifices of union veterans while supporting programs that uplift our communities. Proceeds will benefit both our veterans and the ULA Charitable Foundation with its partner organizations, advancing initiatives that strengthen the union labor community.

More details and registration at  ULAnetwork.com.

Together, we are not just building careers—we are building stronger communities through labor.

Vets4Vets Community Construction Project Launch

On August 14, the ULA Network Charitable Foundation kicked off our Vets4Vets Community Construction Project at the John F. Prince Post V.F.W. 6478. Thank you to all who attended and supported this inspiring launch.

We are grateful to our Union Building and Construction Trade partners, The Mission Continues, and the NYC & NYS Departments of Veterans’ Services for helping us strengthen our mission to serve veterans. A special thanks to Pat Glennon, the IBEW Local 3 Veterans Club, the VFW, and our ULA Network Board Advisors for their leadership.

We were honored to recognize Arthur Grabiner, a 99-year-old WWII Navy Veteran, whose service and lifelong commitment continue to inspire.
