ULA Network Email Header Final

December 2025

As we enter the Christmas and holiday season, we’re reminded of what truly makes our union family strong—pride, solidarity, and the unwavering commitment we show to one another. At the Union Labor Advisory Network, our work is rooted in those values. Every story we share, every resource we provide, and every connection we build is driven by a simple mission: to uplift the hardworking men and women who keep our communities moving.

In the months ahead, we’ll continue championing tradeswomen, guiding students toward

apprenticeship careers, supporting our union veterans, and raising awareness around mental wellness and member benefits. These efforts reflect who we are—not just a network, but a community dedicated to strengthening the future of organized labor.

This holiday season, we thank you for being part of our mission. From our ULA Network family to yours, we wish you a joyful, safe, and peaceful season filled with hope and solidarity.

In Unity,

Michael Fina
